Graceful, authentic, pure: all words used to describe the sound, voice, and heart of Myiesha J. Duff. Myiesha is wife to Randall Duff, mother of three, a singer-songwriter, musical theater actress, worship leader, author, and teacher. She has been using her voice to encourage, empower, uplift, and upbuild for 10+ years. She finds great pleasure in pursuing new avenues to use her God given abilities to bless others. Myiesha started singing at the tender age of two with her mother’s guidance and began writing songs at the age of 8. Although she did not understand songwriting until much later, she kept a journal of poems that helped develop her writing ability. Around the age of 14, Myiesha began hearing melodies and putting lyrics to what she was hearing. Since truly discovering her passion for music, she has had the opportunity to perform in off-Broadway shows such as Don’t Let The Pigeon Drive the Bus, Trouble in Mind,, Ain’t Misbehavin’, Little Shop of Horrors, Memphis, Cinderella, and The Color Purple as the principal character Celie among others. She has also been blessed to work with artists such as Rob Alley, Candy West, Geoffrey Golden, Myron Butler, Todd Delaney, Jonathan Nelson, Fred Hammond, and Kirk Franklin.

She hopes to finish her first EP soon and serves on the Worship Team at The Potter’s House North Dallas. In collaboration with her eldest daughter, she co-authored a children’s book entitled “A Girl and Her Imagination” which was released in 2021. As of January 2023, she is working on a new chapter book series.Having earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, Myiesha has taught every grade level from K-6 in both Alabama and Texas. Despite no longer being in the classroom, she thoroughly enjoyed pouring into the lives of her students and fondly recalls the lessons learned and the memories gained. Recently, Myiesha decided (after much prayer, patience, and confirmation) to pursue acting as her full-time career!Family, purpose, and worship are at the core of who Myiesha is and it’s her greatest desire to honor God and show His love through everything she does. Myiesha J. Duff is proud to announce that she has written and released her first solo children's book, Through My Eyes. After working with her oldest daughter to complete her children's book "A Girl and Her Imagination", her middle daughter asked Myiesha to write a book about her. "Through My Eyes" shares the story of Jillian's journey through life with bilateral congenital cataracts and encourages children of all ages and stages that no matter what you go through, you are special, unique and necessary.
